随着高通量测序技术的飞速发展,外显子组和基因组测序鉴定出大量的肿瘤高频突变。根据肿瘤样本不同的突变谱特征,可将肿瘤进行分子病理分型。对高频突变基因在肿瘤发生发展过程中生物学意义的探索将为肿瘤的“精准治疗”提供重要的理论依据。我们的研究兴趣和研究方向主要是通过酵母双杂交、串联亲和纯化-质谱分析、siRNA文库和模式小鼠等技术手段,研究恶性肿瘤(如前列腺癌、肾癌和肝癌等)高频突变基因(特别是泛素化修饰相关基因)在肿瘤中的分子作用机制,阐明其生物学功能,并在大规模病理样本中验证,探索其成为肿瘤“精准治疗”分型依据和药物靶标的可能性。在该研究领域我们已建立起一整套较为完整的研究思路和技术平台,取得了一些重要的科研成果。
